This is recipe can be doubled.
If you use store bought grated cheese you can put this one together in about 15 minutes (give or take depending on your pressure cooker’s “pressure up” speed).
1/2 lb elbow macaroni
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
Combine the above ingredients in pressure cooker and then cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick released the pressure.
Leave your cooker on “keep warm” and add in below ingredients and stir until melted. If it is too thick, add more milk/cream/evaporated milk.
2.5 oz milk (evaporated, regular or cream)
1/4 cup cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup colby jack (or whatever cheese you want)
