Ingredients: serves 4
1 large onion (chopped finely)
1 large carrot (chopped finely)
2 garlic cloves
500g Lean ground beef/minced beef
season with salt & pepper
1 tbls Worcestershire sauce (gluten free)
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 1/4 cups can tomatoes
1/2 cup mushrooms chopped
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1/4 cup parsley
1 packet gluten free spaghetti

Nick as a professional chef I thought I'd offer you my opinion.. If u cook out your tomato paste for 2-3 minutes before you add ur canned tomatoes etc you will get a richer red colour π

The reason why anyone can have their own cooking channel is because anyone can learn how to cook well and turn it into a youtube channel, and this channel is a good channel. This channel has good recipes; That is all that matters for a cooking channel. The fact of the matter is that everyone does *not* have have their own cooking channel. And most people who criticise good cooking channels don't have their own… But they always manage to have unconstructive criticisims to make. e_e
