Tangri Kebab Recipe in English
6 chicken legs
1 cup yogurt
½ cup cream
2 tsp garam masala
2-3 green chilies (chopped)
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp cashew nut Powder
Black pepper a pinch
1- Put the chicken legs on a cutting board and give deep cuts on each leg.
2- Take a bowl add yogurt, cream, garam masala, green chilies, vinegar, coriander leaves, salt, ginger garlic paste, white pepper and mix them well.
3- Now put the chicken legs in this prepared yogurt mixture, mix it gently and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4- Take a bowl add eggs, cashew nut powder, salt, black pepper and mix it well and set aside.
5- Skewer the Legs and roast it at 180c for 6-8 mins then turn the side apply egg mixture and bake it again for 6-8 mins.
Option: 2 (Grill)
6- you can also grill it on a grill or grill pan. Place the marinated legs over the hot grill pan and cook it for 6 min each side. Brush the cooking oil in between and then brush the egg mixture and cook till it turns to brown.
